Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Plans
Ken from Finance offers monthly subscription plans (Solo, Crew, and Squad). All plans are billed monthly and include a specified number of invoice processing credits. For current pricing, visit our pricing page.
2. Free Tier
New accounts receive a complimentary evaluation period at no cost. No payment information is required during this period. If you choose not to subscribe after the evaluation period, your account will become read-only — no data is deleted.
3. How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings:
- Navigate to Settings → Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm your cancellation
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to the Service until that date.
4. Refund Policy
Because the Service provides immediate access to AI-powered invoice processing upon subscription, we generally do not offer refunds for completed billing periods. However, refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charges: If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same billing period, we will refund the duplicate amount in full.
- Service outage: If the Service was unavailable for an extended period (more than 72 consecutive hours) due to issues on our end, you may request a pro-rated credit for the affected period.
- Billing errors: If you were charged an incorrect amount due to a system error, we will correct the charge and refund the difference.
- Within 7 days of first subscription: If you subscribed for the first time and the Service does not meet your needs, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment, provided you have processed fewer than 10 invoices.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with:
- Your account email address
- The billing period or transaction in question
- The reason for your refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
6. Plan Changes
- Upgrades: Plan upgrades take effect immediately. You will be charged the new plan rate starting from your next billing cycle.
- Downgrades: Plan downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to your current plan's features until then.
7. Data After Cancellation
After your subscription ends, your account enters a read-only state. You can still view your data but cannot process new invoices. We retain your data for 30 days after cancellation, during which you can resubscribe to restore full access. After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted.

8. Overage Charges
If your invoice processing exceeds your plan's included volume, overage charges apply at the per-invoice rate specified for your plan. Overage charges are non-refundable, as they correspond to services already rendered.
